I have known Debbie Gates for over 13 years. Over the years, she has helped me with renting my investment property multiple times, selling a rental property, and also recently buying a primary home. Debbie is one of a kind. She invested her time in knowing me, my family and our needs/restrictions, and made sure that all of these were addressed in our real estate transaction(s). My recent purchase had quite a few challenges, and it would not have succeeded if not for Debbie’s patience, persistence, and hard work. She is very open and gives her frank opinion on matters that sometimes stumped me. She provides very sound advice/recommendation that is based on facts.
