So - this review is a long time coming. Debbie Gates and Brooke Murray have helped us buy three houses, and sell two (oh, and got us on an HGTV remodel show). We have known them for 7+ years.
I'll rank choosing to go with Debbie and Brooke as our realtors as one of the best business decisions I've ever made in my life. I've never met any duo that works harder, or smarter, than these two.
They have great experience in all kinds of markets. We worked with them during the downturn and they found and pushed the price way down on our first starter home, got us a great deal. When we moved into a different neighborhood later and faced very tough competition on a home when the market was swinging back up, they were able to win us the house we wanted and get it at a stellar price. And finally, when we flipped a home after a remodel, they were able to crush it on the selling side.
We've been in some tense negotiations (emphasis on the tense), on both the buying and selling side, and they have yet to fail. I've seen them squash bidding wars, and keep in skittish buyers.
